Accessing APD Email with Your Personal Mobile Phone

Option 1.) Outlook for Web Access (OWA)-By using your personal device’s browser go to Outlook/APDcares.org, enter username (example: John.Smith) and password (This is your work Windows password).

Option 2.)  If you would like to sync your email, please contact the Help Desk at (850) 488-4357 or https://apdflorida.zendesk.com/home. IT will provide you with the necessary information and paperwork to enable your personal phone to sync with your APD email. Please note, this requires a signed form permitting the Agency to wipe your personal device in the case it is lost, stolen or if the employee does not permit IT to remove Agency email prior to separation.
