Ordering Agency-Owned Smartphone

1.) Email GeneralServices@apdcares.org or call (850) 488-4879 to request a new phone. Leave a voicemail message if prompted.

2.) General Services will order the phone, activate the phone, and enter a Help Desk ticket for IT to provide email setup.
