How did my account get locked out, even though I'm logged in and working?

If you are an iBudget user, you may have incorrectly entered your log in information 3 times, or iBudget timed out. Sometimes, when your password expires, your account will lock, but not kick you out of the system. 

If your account is locked, please either submit a ticket, or contact the help desk at 850-488-4357
