Why can't I access my share drives, even though I'm logged into Windows (on network)?

The most likely reason for this is your Active Directory account has been locked, the start up scripts got stuck, or there is no network connection.  You can try restarting your computer to see if that will trigger the drives to map.  If this does not work, you can submit a ticket, or contact the Help Desk at 850-488-4357
