Assessors with Level 3 QSI access have a CAT PIN that will expire annually. When this has expired, you will be unable to access your account until it has been reset.
If you are receiving a message that your CAT PIN has expired, please call your Area Office Master trainer to set up a time for re-certification training. Once the training has been completed, the re-certification will need to be submitted. Once this has been received, the Help Desk can then reset the CAT PIN, and you will be able to begin using your account again.
