How do I reset my password?

For APD employees, your iBudget log in information directly reflects your active directory (Windows) log in information.  If you are not locked out of your account, simply pres Ctrl+Alt+Del and select the option to change your password.  If you are locked out of the account, you must call the Help Desk at 850-488-4357, or submit a ticket to have your account unlocked.  Each time you reset your active directory password, it will automatically reset your iBudget password.

For Waiver Support Coordinators, if your account is not currently locked out (you will receive an error message if it is), you can log in to your VPN, then go to https://passwordreset.apd.myflorida.com and follow the instructions there to reset your password.  If your account is currently locked, you must call the Help Desk at 850-488-4357, or submit a ticket to have your account unlocked.  Please remember that your password expires every 60 days, and iBudget will not generate a reminder for you to change your password before locking the account.
