Error in Customized Field Event

This happens when a JAVA loading error has occurred. For a quick fix please refresh the webpage by clicking F5 on the keyboard. If the error continues to happen follow the steps below to verify that JAVA is up to date on your machine.
1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3. Click Java
4. Click the Update tab
5. Click Update Now (Note: If the JAVA is up to date it will return a message saying the machine is current on the JAVA version. If no message appears,       continue with steps below.)
6. Follow the Install prompts
Note: Make sure to uncheck the checkbox when it asks to install a toolbar or antivirus software.
