How is a PIN number provided?

For providers: You can contact your consumer's Waiver Support Coordinator for this information.  We are working on having this information included on service authorizations.

WSCs and APD Employees:  This information can be found in iBudget both in the consumer list (under the PIN heading), and on the consumer information page.
